Why Bennett Chrysler Dodge will NEVER Service My Car Again

Bennett Chrysler Dodge in Kingsland GA will never have the opportunity to service my vehicle again. I own a 2008 Dodge Durrango and have been a loyal service customer to the Bennett Automotive Group. Now I will either give my service business to Rick Keffer Chrysler Dodge in Yulee, FL or Carl Gregory Chrysler Dodge in Brunswick.
The last time I was in for service at Bennett Chrysler Dodge the contents of my arm rest was rifled through by an employee of the dealership. I was wiling to over look this to an extent. They may have been looking for the owners manual. However I have discovered they have had a long history of hiring less than trustworthy people at their dealership near Kings Bay in St Marys, GA. One service rep was fired for using a credit card belonging to another employee.
These are not the only reasons for me not to do business with them. I am a local business owner in the same community they operate in and their management was less than professional when I stopped by to share with them what my business does, market car dealers online. Their general manager would not even let me see him or return my phone calls. They have the attitude that they are to good to interact with other businesses in the community.
They have three dealerships in the community and all appear to be struggling it probably has more to do wih the attituude of management more than the economy. Maybe they wll wake up and makesome changes at the top…
